I don't usually wear cologne. I've never really been able to find one I like, and it didn't really seem all that important to me. I was at the mall the other day with a girl and we were wandering around American Eagle. They had a display with three colognes Epic, Live, and Real. I thought it was a bit cheesy, but for laughs I decided to spray some of the Epic cologne on. After that I found the girl I was with, and walked up behind her making sure I was pretty close before tapping her on the shoulder and saying "Hey". She turned around, got a whiff, and said "heyyohh!" Then she stuck her nose in my chest to get another whiff, and told me with big wide eyes that she liked the way I smelled. I tried to stay close the rest of the time I was at the mall with her, and she responded positively by being flirty and even "jokingly" rubbing up on me. This experience made me realize that cologne can get a girl hot for you even when she is trying to not be interested. It's like good cologne flicks a switch in her brain that she can't turn off. I'm sure that too much bad cologne has the opposite effect. I was thinking of buying the American Eagle cologne, but then I figured that I would ask you guys for recommendations for a good cologne before I spend money. What colognes do you use that girls respond positively to? Anyone have stories about positive cologne experiences?
