You have it almost correct. The first one is not needy at all. If you really believe the whole "hey, I will be at XYZ between 6-8pm doing some amazing things with my friends, but you know if you are free and want to come and watch while I pretend to ignore you to appear not needy, you are welcome to come, but if you don't want to, it's your loss you dumb bitch" thing will get you dates and sex you are barking up the wrong tree. man change the wording, frame it like it's a casual meeting you are asking for. For example - Hey we haven't talked face to face (for a while) wanna come over? And be clear about your things man, for example, if such a small thing affects her decision to date you then it's better you walk out of it.
