There is no "bad enough" for therapy. You do therapy if you feel like doing it. I'm not depressed and I've been doing therapy for a year and half now. There is no shame in doing therapy. We all have problems, big or small. I've also have improved a lot this year in regards to girls. I've hooked up with more girls this year than I had my entire life previously, thanks to game. But now I'm feeling inferior to my friends because they are all in relationships and I've still been unable to get into one. I try to think of how much I have improved in such a short period of time.

PS: You may want to consider medication if you have problems with anxiety, anger, depression or mood swings. I take medication for my mood swings. There is also no shame in this and in the end of the day, no one needs to know about it.
