To be honest, that just seems cheesy, specially if she isn’t that into you. This isn’t really how you should flirt.

And the fact that you added the “all cute and shit”, shows that deep down you knew that was so cheesy, that you felt the need to add the words “and shit” to try to sound more masculine to compensate, and no that trick doesn’t work.

And also the flirting has to be done in person first, so that it doesn’t come out of nowhere when you text.

Dude you’re all good. But a word of advice if you’re asking is don’t flirt over text. Texting is only a medium to get the date. Things can get easily misconstrued over text. She likes you, you have a date, go out there and do your thing young king.

Perfectly fine, even very light flirting. Like someone sort of mentioned the problem is in your congruency. 2 people can say the exact same words but in one situation it can be a turn off date ender and in the other it can be an attraction building thing that makes her giggle. You thought this was a funny flirt ( so did I) now just own it and don’t even think about it anymore . If she doesn’t like it and wants to walk away over this she wasn’t that much into you anyway and she’d be doing you a favor of saving time. I think this should be your attitude and the reason why you shouldn’t think too much about the effects or interpretations of texts. It will come down usually to your congruency, if you are worried even over text just by the follow up conversation, your response time etc this will shine through and in real life even more. If you say some stupid shit and clearly don’t care, she won’t care either. Get away from over analyzing and get to a point where you are there to amuse yourself and not afraid for things to go wrong and accept it
