I've been studying this stuff for a couple months now. I've been improving a lot but I was wondering what type of success other people who are approaching their social life in a way that's similar to me are having.

1: How often do girls you already know hit you up first to meet up? -This rarely happens for me, and I don't know if this is simply the norm or if I'm not making as great of an impression as I could be.

2: How much flaking/rejection do you get from girls you try to hit up (meaning girls you've already established moderate-solid rapport with, not just a number from a club)? -Seems like the girls in my life have taken it upon themselves to make me wade through a river of mud to take them on dates or just hang out. I get everything from girls who give bullshit excuses like "It's too cold I just want to stay inside" to girls who give good excuses but keep delaying meeting up to girls who tell me last moment they're bringing a friend along. It's almost never just simple and easy like asking one of my bros to hang. Again, I can't tell if this just an inevitable part of the game or if a lot of girls I hit up just aren't really into me.

Thanks in advance for the input and keep striving!
