I would actually say any of the above, just be clear about your intentions.

For hinge / tinder, you can include it in your profile or ensure you discuss it in the first few comments.

For bumble it needs to be in your profile because girls are the ones deciding.

Transparency will mean you only match people that are looking for the same.

Note: Your match % will go down significantly but don’t see that was a personal thing (as hard as that is). In the same way that if you read a woman’s profile that said “want to get married in next six months and have three kids within three years” you’d swipe left, those who are looking for something else will swipe left.

I’m sure I don’t need to tell you this but for anyone else who might need to hear - you CAN have a casual and respectful relationship (or call it what ever). When you match, treat the other with respect and be clear about what you want and have to offer.

Yea bumble is gay. They just want marriage and kids. Tinder is probably better for hooking up but it's full of bots and girls looking for sugar daddies, and every guy on the app also wants to hook up so there's lot of competition

Tinder. Bumble is a close second imo I got a few hook ups from there but it was more difficult to keep it casual

Tinder is the best option for this - but I've also slept with over a hundreds girls from Bumble alone.

On Bumble theirs a phone call option. For me I do better talking over the phone than texting. When chatting to any girl for the first time after they match and send a message.

Also feel more comfortable with a phone call.

Would calling be a useful tactic in bumble?
