Agreed! I'm still working very hard on conquering my AA, but the few moments of success I've had have been SO worth it.

Just remember things like this:

My wing and I approached two girls at a party last year on a whim - we just sucked it up and made the approach. From that ONE conversation, he ended up dating one of the girls and I've added two new people to my social circle. Didn't end up dating either of them but they're both friends now, one of whom has introduced me to about 4 of her girlfriends over the past year.

One conversation led to one relationship, two friends, and several dates for me.

Imagine if I'd been too scared to talk to those girls? ;)
