I'm not sure it ever made a significant difference but I definitely had tooth-related compliments - maybe that might have boosted confidence. I think a lot of girls definitely do care about teeth, but the most important thing regarding teeth is to just not have bad teeth - if you whiten them too much you'll look daft, like jack fincham

I would not use money on teeth whitening before I had my clothes/haircuts/beard in shape. If you have this in order, then go for it if you think it will make you more confident. I did it recently because I wanted it, and I feel better when Im smiling. I have not been out yet to test it on girls because of a lot of work commitments. I dont think the teeth whitening in itself will do too much difference. If it makes you more confident, it is the confidence that does it.

I actually just got into using whitening strips and I’d say they’re definitely worth it if you have the time and patience for it. You have to leave them for half an hour after you brush and you obviously can’t eat or drink anything during that time which is annoying combined with the fact that it takes about a week to notice a difference, but you will notice your teeth getting whiter by using them. If your teeth stain easily like mine, it’s definitely worth checking out

100% do it. Most women can forgive acne, receding hairlines and slightly crooked teeth but will absolutely revile yellow or stained teeth.

In fact, just look after your teeth in general. Flossing is probably a meme at this point but I've noticed a dramatic improvement since I started flossing daily about 2 years ago.

That and a daily mouthwash with a magical ingredient called Chlorhexidine are fixing my fucked up mouth. The big brand name is Corsodyl here in the UK (may differ in US), but there are cheaper brands. Just look for Chlorhexidine.
