One of the biggest problems I see is men who lack confidence and social skills to communicate with women. Posts about “what to say” “how to talk to my crush” “how to start a conversation” etc.

Clearly the best solution to this problem is to practice socializing in the real world. Women are normal people just like you and I. There’s no reason you can talk to your friends but can’t talk to the attractive stranger you see at the bar, grocery store, gym or wherever else you like to spend your time.

Something that helps me stay in the zone is that I take myself out on solo dates. I go places that are fun for me. I go to restaurants alone to enjoy a nice meal. I go to a bar or brewery alone to have a drink. Museums, botanical gardens, wine tasting, or anything that I’m interested in at the moment.

While I’m there I socialize. Talking to the staff, the strangers, and I’ll even say hi to the people who look unfriendly. Exchange socials with cool people and get used to asking for something as simple as a number or Instagram.

Mainly I do this for fun and I like to treat myself with the things I enjoy in life. But living like this has taught me the skills necessary to spark a conversation anywhere I go. I’m putting myself in sometimes uncomfortable situations but I always come out making the most of it. Not only do you get better at socializing but now you have experiences that you can talk about with these women you are so scared to speak to. You now know a ton of cool places you can take them on dates. When you go on those dates now you know all the best items on the menu or the secret views to show her or introduce her to the friends you made last time you were there.

Stop worrying about what everyone thinks about you and get out there and LIVE.

Good luck
