So I can compliment someone like I complimented a girl on her style and she was like, “oh really you like my style” kinda like in a playful way but it intimidated me and I just don’t know what to do after. I’ve had another time a girl asked how my day was after she got happy I complimented her, I was working so I couldn’t talk much but still I have trouble talking and keeping the convo going.

Also, I’ve been wanting to use the meetup app cuz even my therapist recommended it to meet people but in my city all the social 20s & 30s groups are mostly men and maybe one girl. Every photo of the event is mostly dudes and maybe one women who I’m not really attracted to. I don’t wanna go to bars and clubs anymore either because i feel like I want to make a real connection rather than just a hook up, I find that bars I never meet friends they just become those friends you hang with only at the bar.
