How do I not give up hope after each rejection?

It's really tough to answer this question because I really don't know who you are. you say you like attractive women, Yea no shit we all do. But if you're overweight, out of shape, dress marginally, and have average hygiene, you're not going to get a super cute looking girl.

I think many men on this sub have a tough time being introspective of who they are and how attractive they are to the opposite sex. Back when I was much younger, I had that same delusion. Looking Back Now, on my older self, it's laughable how delusional my thought process once was, and how I thought girls who should find me attractive, didnt.

News flash the issue was me, not them. Attraction is not a choice, it happens emotionally, she doesn't say in her head, oh wow let me check every box to make sure this guy's attractive. No the feeling is emotional, just like when you see a cute girl and your stomach drops about how gorgeous you think she is. well guess what girls have that same feeling for guys, it might develop a little differently, and in different ways, but ultimately girls can have, and will have, that attraction towards men.

So the key is to look introspective, what am I not doing right that isn't attracting women. The #1 aphrodisiac for all women is confidence, work on it, find out what it means and how to build it. The concept of confidence goes right over people's head, they don't understand it or they think their insecurity and lack of self-awareness isnt noticed...sorry to be the bearer of bad news, it is. Insecurity is women repellent, so find out and deal with your insecurities. From there get in shape, work out, dress well, be out going, be fun.

Finally, being confident is alot like working out, it takes time to get muscles, it's not some quick fix. That's why most people quit the gym, they give up after a couple months because they fail to see the results in the mirror they thought they should. Well building muscle mass takes time, same goes for confidence, confidence takes time and practice and alot of introspection. Most people don't have that patience so they quit the gym and they quit trying to become their best self. Stick with it and you'll slowly see results, then a couple years in you'll say Holy shit wow I've come a super long way, I'm in great shape and I feel so confident in myself....then sure enough you realize, wow girls are finally starting to notice

The simple answer is to not think of each situation as the final result. Think of it as a step into reaching your final goal. Whether it be a girlfriend, wife, fwb, etc. the rejection is just another step to reaching your end goal.

Just get rejected more often. I’ve been rejected hundreds of times now and each rejection doesn’t even phase me anymore.

Avoid developing emotional attachment until you know them better. You don’t care about strangers who you never talk to rejecting you. You should care a similar amount to people who you have talked to for less than a minute.

You may be rejected for thousands of reasons, some of them are completely not connected to you. Even professional pickup artists face it quite frequently.

It is good that you are feeling your emotions not to approach women that send you bad vibes. Try to be casual in your approaches, don't oblige yourself to get any women you talk to straight into your bed. Sometimes you can just have a good time for a while.

ironically, i gave up hope and legitimately internalized not going out with girls for a while. no bitterness, no resentment, just rolling my eyes at the idea of going out with anyone.

It seems to me that you are pretty judgmental but don't like the idea that other people are making judgments about you. But romantic or social rejection is the same thing as trying something new & not doing it well the first time, only when its social, it seems to crush people, but maybe change your perspective. If you picked up a guitar & couldn't learn a song the first day, its not the end of the world. You're not attracted to everyone & not everyone is attracted to you, but its near impossible to give detailed & solid advice to a random stranger online unless they reveal a lot in their question or other activity online.
