How are ya?

There's this girl, we work for the same company but in different sectors per say. She's attractive, I like how cool she is, always talking to somebody and being funny. I gave her a few compliments, asked her to grab coffee at my place, which she refused because her sister was waiting for her. But the day after that she sat by my side on the van that takes us home, and we talked, we talked for a little more than an hour until the van dropped her home.

We talked about some very deep shit, her dad's cancer, her family, my sister that died, how we both want to have a daughter. A deep conversation really, but nothing flirty.

So here's where I'm at:

The girl's cute and I liked what she had to say, we work together. She's always fun. She usually spends a lotta time talking to a guy in the van, I'm no exception, other than the fact that he has a girlfriend and that we talked about some very personal topics. She's also 22 and I'm 19.

What am I supposed to do now? I don't know how I feel about asking her out, and a part of me just wanna play safe, not as much out of fear as it is of real interest, once I make a move I can't undo it, we see each other every day.
