I'm sure you've seen a girl eyeing you or at least noticing you and you wanted to approach but were heading somewhere for a quick errand, drew a blank, etc. I wanted something to say when that happened to me again if it takes me less than a few minutes, such as using the restroom, and going back to where you saw her originally (assuming she's still there).

Got a chance to use it so on my way back I said "Excuse me, there was this (cute, pretty, etc.) girl sitting here a minute ago. Do you know where she went?" I don't think she got it right away until I started describing her on the spot lol, blonde hair... blue shirt. She started blushing but tried to cover it up by acting like I was asking a legit question, maybe she didn't think I was really talking about her.

She said there wasn't anyone else around, to which I said "Oh it was only a minute or two ago are you sure?" (She did see me go by prior, taking a moment to look up from her phone from which she seemed fixated on, slight smile). Her body language wasn't completely convincing so I just "Alright" and broke it off walking away with a quick smile. It probably only lasted 25-30 seconds but maybe she sort of got it after I left.

I might have been able to continue it but I just wanted to practice something quick and Alpha instead of the usual small talk. I didn't sound nervous at all, like I may have well said it to 100 girls prior, and had no problem with her not playing along and breaking it off/ possible rejection. So alpha yeah? I wanted her to think about what I said after I left.

Note to self: Probably could have taken my sunglasses off, forgot they were on. Eye contact would have made things a little more clear.

I still think it was sort of playful so I may have another go at it soon.
