I've been practicing daygame for many years, have been somewhat successful, and got into a few serious relationships, each lasting a couple of years, with "high quality", hot women.

Now, however, many of those girls at first appeared to be "partners", but as time went on they started pressuring me more into becoming a provider. With my last girlfriend we almost move in together, but she wanted me to pay 100% of the rent, and also started hinting about me buying a house for both of us. We are both in our 30s, both earning good money, and that pressure seemed very inappropriate to me.

According to her, it is a "man's duty" to pay for everything, independently of the situation. Her friends (all hot as well) also have this mentality, so she would often argue that "it's just the way it is, men have to pay, my friends also think like that".

Did I just pick the wrong girls, or are most hot girls going to expect to be provided for eventually? From a logical perspective, it's safe to assume that hot girls have plenty of orbiting betas around who would pay whatever they could for their pussies, so it might take a very strong-minded hot girl to ignore that and be more reasonable.

Not sure what your thoughts are. To be honest I have lost a lot of hope, I feel like eventually whether we master the game or not, we'll end up paying like everybody else.

But again, maybe I am wrong and some of you can point me in the right direction, maybe there are certain red flags I am missing.
