well, you just messaged a dry "home now" and expected her to hit you back with a "I had a wonderful time bla bla...". Look, as a man, you always take the lead. This is a small thing, but if you need the girl to do more than you always, you will end up frustrated.

When you meet someone new, you have to "educate" them on how you want to be treated. The best way to do that is to lead by example. You want the other person to be talkative and enthusiastic? be talkative and enthusiastic yourself first.

Yes text her again .. the next time you’re free just text her saying you’re on your way somewhere and ask if she wants to go with you.

For example, text “I’m about to check out the new bowling alley that just opened on this side of town you’re more than welcomed to tag along if not, hopefully we can link up again soon” .. she’ll probably respond with “that sounds good i’ll meet you there” or “im sorry i can’t make it”

if she rejects you just respond “it’s ok just give me a call when you’re free”

Don't try to read into what a woman does, don't try to read minds, don't try to create meaning to ambiguous behaviour, don't make assumptions about her actions, don't overanalyse or overthink and don't base your behavior based on what she does, but on what truly aligns with your desires.

Your message does not require a response, her like is just a polite way to say "yeah i read it, im not ingoring you".

So, if you wanna say something, say it. Don't wait for some type of signal to express what you want. You express what you want not because she grants you persmission, but because you simply want to and don't want to betray yourself by choosing not to.

One thing you need to understand about messages is that they need to have substance and make women feel something, not just be filler and noise. Your "home now" is more like filler than something substantial hence if you continue giving that type of filler it's unlikely women will bother responding as it just doesn't grab their attention.

If you text something always make sure it's not easily forgettable. Better to say something risky but memorable, than saying something safe and forgettable.

What to say now?

An inside joke, callback humor, a provocative observation, and honest playful expression of how she made you feel in the date, which doesn't sound like a request from her to validate that feeling, reciprocate it or fix it, is better than simply stating boring facts like you did here with that "home now" text.

So something like: "I couldn't stop smiling like an idiot when you looked at me like that. Hate you" Not necessarily this one it could be a different expression of how you felt. It doens't have to way the way she looked at you, it could be the way she smiled, the way she kissed you, the way you cliced, her mannerisms, the way you connected,.. etc

Don't rush into a second date, Give her time and space to process it. Note that if there was no sexual energy or a first iss in the first date, she might have lost interest. But yeah for now just keep your energy playful, isntead of assuming thigns.

Should tell the woman to text you when she gets home and then like her message, I do that every time. Just wait a day or 2, don't wanna seem too interested
