What does the seddit community think about: If a female observes you act in a certain way (pua, building attraction etc) on a Saturday night in a bar and in a different way (more reserved) Monday morning in school/office, then does that female observer think you're dishonest?

Not necessarily. People have different personalities depending on the context of the situation. Not all work/school settings are appropriate times to be who you are in a club/bar/pickup setting. Just like how I act differently when I'm around my friends and when I'm around my parents.

I think this is normal. Everyone's state - including women, is different when they are out at a bar on Saturday night vs in school/office. This is natural.

However, you don't want an EXTREME difference. What you don't want is your cocky/funny/awesome self to be killing it out on Saturday night, and then be really awkward and weird when you see her Monday morning. That doesn't mean that you have to be your same self from Saturday night, certainly not, but you should try to maintain at least some of your cocky/funny/awesome persona from Saturday.

Don't think it matters - especially in a setting like work. I'd be far more concerned about someone at work acting like they're at a bar - it shows a serious lack of social congruence and social awareness

Of course you act differently in work then when you're in a bar / club. It's called being professional.
