2 ways to look at it: There are the subjective 9s and 10s who are the girls you perceive as the most beautiful and there are the girls who think of themselves as 9s and 10s.

With the first group there will be a great variation in how you'll need to seduce them since there will be some who are easier to get and some who are harder depending on how they perceive themselves or how they are treated by others and you won't really get much consistent help from anyone because you're the only one with your specific tastes.

The second group has either been treated like royalty all their life or just personally believe that only the best of the best is worth their time.

A better way to tell if you'll need a little extra to get a girl is not by looking at her physical looks but instead by looking at how others treat her. If she is used to billionaires, male models, and celebrities flirting with her and she lives in that kind of world then that's a pretty good indication that you're gonna need to put in some extra work or do something special to get with her. But of course this is very specific to the individual, if she gets treated like royalty but behaves like a Disney princess (Anna in Frozen, Jasmine in Aladdin, or Cinderella) and she doesn't care at all about your status, your background, what you have, or what you can do then you should be able to get with her if you are quite competent with game in general. Now Disney feeds us a lot of bullshit when it comes to dating but I can tell you based on experience that there are girls like that, I used to date a Miss Universe contestant who couldn't give 2 shits about my status or anything else external that makes me seem impressive.

In short, observe how a girl is treated or how she behaves but maintain an open mind because you may still need to shift your strategy as soon as you actually get to know her.

Finally, there is not a lot to change when you're actually talking face to face with the girls in the second group. The biggest adjustments you need to make are in your approach and long term strategy because for most of these girls, you can't just meet them randomly walking on the street or in some general night club, there are so many barriers to entry that you will need to get in with her network before you even get the chance to talk to her and as far as long term strategy goes, if you want to be the boyfriend of one of these girls, you'll also need to be able to keep up with her network so if she's a celebrity who is surrounded by other celebrities then you'll need to find a way to get access to the things that they have access to otherwise the relationship will feel a lot like a long distance relationship and that alone is almost guaranteed to fail but since you'll be in the same city but just have no access to what she has access to, most girls will figure "What's the point? we live in the same city but we can hardly be together."

To wrap it all up, for your personal 9s and 10s the answer is simply "it depends". But for the girls who think they're 9s and 10s, you need to be at the same level as them or higher otherwise you'll just sleep with one of those girls on very rare occasions when all the stars align and everything just happens to go right for you but even then, there will be no way in hell you can have one of them as your girlfriend.

Just don't ascribe to the paradigm at all and your question is answered by nullification. I've been working on my seduction for years now and the only model of attraction I ascribe to now is binary. She's a one or she's a zero. I flirt the same way with zeros and ones, but I only move forward with ones. Simplifies everything, as far as treatment goes. For everyone it's something different. The closest thing to an explanation would be a girl who is being approached by guys constantly because of her looks. Those are also used to getting pretty much anything given to them just for their looks.

The scale is a presumptive comparison.

9-10s are women who get obscene attention for their looks. No women is universally a 9-10 to every man, but if you asked a bunch of guys they most would assign such a value.

Jessica Alba, Alice Eve, Rose, Margot Robbie, Gal Godot, Irina Shayk, and many more.

Now someone may Alice Eve isn’t a 9-10 but an 8 or a 7.5 and that’s fine. You may feel Rihanna or Fergie is a 9/10 whereas others may not.

When a guy talks about a 9-10 it is to talk about a woman who every guy is staring at when they enter a room.

First, I firmly believe the 1-10scale is dated and extremely antiquated; your question being one of the main reasons: What exactly qualifies a person to be a 10/10? What are the subtle variances that would escalate someone from a 8 or 9 to a solid 10? And who do we consider a baseline 5? How unattractive does one need to be to be considered a 1 or a 2? Are we taking Elephant man or burn victim? And is it specifically just based on physical appearance with no account for personality, or can an 8 with an amazing personality and phenomenal style be considered a 10? Where on the scale would some one fall if they had an amazing body yet relatively average or even unattractive face fall? (butterface... I know...)

That said, it really comes down to your own personal opinion. A 10 to you might be a 7 to someone else and vice versa.

Personally, I think a simple 5Star system is simpler:

1 Star - No interest what so ever

2 Star - Great personality but no physical interest

3 Star - Minimum physical interest, average, par

4 Star - High interest/attraction, with a few flaws (personality, physical, etc)

5 Star - Extreme interest/attraction, amazing personality; marriage material
