What is neediness and vulnerability

Being vulnerable is sharing with people on a human level without expecting something in return. I remember talking to a group of girls about my battles with depression and my ensuing coping mechanisms like alcohol and anti-depressants. I wasn't looking for validation or approval or anything like that. I just wanted to show that I am someone who has been hurt, and if you've been hurt that's ok because im here with you. They couldn't fix my problems and I couldn't fix theirs. It was a human moment (and I got 3 of their numbers).

Neediness is the most important concept when it comes to women. The maximum amount of neediness you can have to truly succeed is zero.

The problem with neediness is that it is very difficult to define. You need to just get to the point where "you know it when you see it."

This is the main reason I think the most useful thing to do on this sub is to post actual text convos or actual words said instead of trying to give the gist of something. When needy guys summarize, often they leave out the most important part -- the needy actions and phrases that they used that turned the girl off.

You actually have a lot of options as to what to say and what to do as long as you don't come off as needy. Needy is attraction poison. No amount of cocky-funny, shit test passing or whatever will overcome any amount of neediness.
