I swear I've watched like 50 pick-up artist videos, got nothing I could use off the book The Game and still feel like a loser when I'm in social situations and see women I'm attracted to. I'd say the biggest thing I suffer from is approach anxiety and when I fight it I get a convo that lasts like 10 seconds-1 min where I get shut down really fast after no interest shown, it's weird because I can go with a friend who's naturally good at opening and the girl will talk to me for way longer after he's opened instead of me. The only thing that's actually worked is Phenibut but it seems to only work for the first 15-30 minutes after I take it then I'm back to normal or getting really wasted which half the time doesn't end well or on the rare chance it does I get a hangover and only was marginally better.

The idea of memorizing sets seems cheezy to me, so like what's things I can pay for and commit to that will make amazing improvements in my game.

I'd love to specifically hear about non-pua classes you paid/did for that impacted greatly your pua game like maybe Improv, Magic Classes or public speaking stuff. Thanks
