If you're approaching respectfully, read the signs of no reciprocated interest, and aren't coming off as just some horny dude here to get laid with anyone willing, there aren't a whole lot of places where approaching is fundamentally bad.

Those "don't approach" things are largely bullshit. It comes from women being harrassed by creepy dudes who can't take a hint. In the rare event that you approach in a nice, genuine way with a little humor and charm, and she's offended, that's a her problem, not a you problem.

I think most men here are very socially re*arded when it comes to approaching. They think they should just shoot their shot at any girl that passes their probably already really low standards for looks.

The reality is if you are focusing on approaching, you are focusing on the wrong thing. That's like just going door to door trying to sell vacuum cleaners or something. Knocking on doors until one opens.

Why don't you instead focus on walking through doors which are held open for you? Why don't you focus on being an attractive and appealing man that women want to meet and are sending signals to, instead of a desperate weirdo bothering everyone woman he sees. If your cold approaching was that successful, wouldn't you already have a couple of girlfriends? Why do you approach and still nothing?

There’s nothing wrong with talking to a girl with a guy, it’s just way more advanced, difficult and requires nuance. You have to be able to read body language to tell if they’re dating. You’re going to have to deal with the guy being rude or being a cockblock. You’re going to have to be sociable enough to seem fun and include him in the conversation. It seems like you’re thinking too many steps ahead for how new you are to the game. Meeting girls in college isn’t difficult there’s so many places, you really don’t need to force cold approaches.

To me, a guy that’s not really experienced approaching, with little social skills, wandering around during the day and approaching girls with other guys with the intention of hitting on the girl (especially on a college campus where word can spread fast) is just a recipe for disaster. Baby steps

You can hit on women anywhere at anytime as long as you have the social intelligence to know when a girl is indirectly telling you she is not interested. Women often do not communicate directly with men when it comes to dating, so they very rarely will come out and directly say no, so, as long as you can tell when a girl is indirectly communicating she is not interested, there is nothing wrong with approaching women during the day in public places.

I don't like bars or nigh clubs, so all I do is day game. I approach women in gyms, coffee shops, grocery stores, wherever I want really. If a woman is in a public space, you can hit on her. Just avoid hitting on women at work. Women say they don't want men to approach them in public spaces during the day, but that's because there are guys who can't take a hint. But if you take care of yourself and aren't socially awkward it's always game on.

You can hit on women when they are with another guy, but if you don't have really good social skills or understand how to go about doing it, I would suggest staying away and just hitting on girls when they are not with dudes. I just don't want you getting beat up because you lack the knowledge / experience of how to go about it.

If she keeps looking over at you, it’s usually an invitation. If she’s not interested she probably won’t look at you despite knowing you’re there
