If the 'flaw' is blatantly obvious, and yet you conduct yourself as if it has no drastic effect on your self-worth, it shows great self-confidence. Your confidence communicates that you believe that your intrinsic value more than compensates for any imperfect superficial externalities. The more overt and noticeable the 'flaw,' the greater the level of confidence that it allows you to immediately demonstrate.

Other people will become curious and intrigued about why a person with such a 'flaw' (which they would personally feel self-conscious about), appears so confident. More attraction can be generated by the confidence that you demonstrate than the so called 'flaw' detracts.

Don’t focus on what you perceive to be your negatives, but instead focus on all your positive attributes. Realize what you have no power over and cannot change, but work to maximize and improve the things that you do have control over. These positives can more than compensate for other shortcomings, making you the exception in other people's eyes.

Turn a flaw into a feature, and proudly feature what you can't fix.
