Dancing has been giving huge payoffs since I learned it (afro-latin dances like kizomba, bachata would be my recommendations).

Bartending (or simply said, making cocktails) has also been fun and great skill to have for social circle game.

Meditating if it can be called a "hobby" to help deal with mental BS.

Edit: while preparing dinner I realized that I forgot one of the most important ones - cooking!

Improving your physique and consuming the right macros / calories is easier when you know how to make something ridiculously tasty with them. Great for dates. And simply being self-sustaining.

/r/meditation is perfect, makes you more present and aware. Something I really need because I tend to forget important shit like posture, eye contact and active listening.

Guitar is super easy to pick up, and if you can sing at all then you're set. But it's important to not be a show off; never under any circumstances bring a guitar to a party, even if people ask you to.

I recommend woodworking. It's creative, rewarding, 'manly' and you can use the shit you make or give it as gifts to loved ones. If you haven't got the space then just get a block of soft wood and a pocket knife and start whittling some mini-sculptures. It's really great to create stuff with your hands.

Mixed touch football was my go-to back home. That and swing/ rockabilly dancing. Basically any sort of community dancing session/lessons is great for mingling and coming across well to others. Preferrably in a situation that isn't just club dancing, but that's all about social circles and the culture you want to immerse yourself in.

Honestly, don't get all your content from a single source. Reddit is more of an entertainment site with casual conversation most places. You should look at communities focussed on something specific to get the best quality content.
