The main reason is that because of masculine social norms emphasizing competition and suppression of vulnerability, men do not tend to experience the same level of emotional intimacy in their friendships as women do, so they are dependent on women, especially their SO. For many men, their girlfriend is the only person they confide in and can be vulnerable with so having one is crucial for their happiness.

A second reason is that men have much more to gain from casual sex. First of all, men often will brag about sex and get a social status/self esteem boost from it, while for women it's the opposite and they can be slut shamed for having too much sex. Also, women often do not orgasm from casual sex with random people they are not comfortable with, especially if the guy is bad at sex. For men, sex with a woman is usually a plus even if the sex is terrible, they will still orgasm and feel better about themselves.

We dont look to have a perfect date, we are simple and don't over think. We live in the moment. We love, Hence the reason we are available. Large percentage of men do not qualify their dates as hard.

Part of it is that we generally don’t need to get ready, change or otherwise address our current state. Typically, or at least in my experience, we come as we are for an impromptu event. Whereas we’ll clean up for a planned outing.

A last minute dinner or event of some kind or another are welcome when enjoying the company of a good person.
