So I used to be this needy type of dude that was always texting people, asking them to hangout etc. Then I read a quote that said, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." So I stopped caring, just doing my own thing, not texting any girls etc. Started to better myself. Then suddenly everyone else seemed more friendly, girls were more into me, etc.

Question: Why does everyone else seem more interested in you (girls, friends, etc) when you focus 100% on your own thing without giving attention to anything else?
