Too many boring small talk questions.

don't put so much pressure on yourself. I don't know how many convos like that you've had. sure if its towards 20-30 and you haven't closed a single one then your convo skills might be the issue.

if not, ask yourself this: would you have an amazing conversation with anyone you meet in real life? unless you're a unicorn sociopath, no, you wouldn't. why would it be different online then? for men this is far more difficult to deal with than for women tho, since the role that is expected of men is to be proactive. still, just see it as "okay, we apparently don't vibe and an actual date would've been a waste of time anyways".

I've had amazing convos with women after the worst openers and the most shallow profile imagined and I've had the slowest of convos even tho their profile gave a couple of options for a proper conversation. in the end it depends on both people behind their phones, not just you. so just keep trying.

Thats because you have poor verbal skills. You need to practice flirting, usually a skill that people primarily meeting women online lack. See my post on flirting, that will teach you the principles.

After you learn the principles, see my post on verbal skills, that will teach you the outer game techniques. It will take you awhile to learn, so take your time and focus on one principles/technique at a time.
