First of all, alot of us here are not trying to just pick up women for sex, we are just trying to improve ourselves and achieve a regular dating life. To be ourselves yet still have options with quality women.

The question you should be asking is, why are you here if you are already good at meeting and dating women? Maybe your relationships are not as good as they could be? Maybe you settle for women you aren't really into?

Seduction is mainly about improving yourself and then letting your qualities shine through I think. There are some psychological aspects though, like qualifying for example.

But I've found that usually, if you're just a nice, respectful person, at least some women who have something in common with you will be interested.

Guys (and some gals) end up here because in their experience, just being a nice respectful person has resulted in zilch.

You're overlooking a lot of factors about yourself. Factors of character and personality traits. If your girl has ever felt attached to, turned on by you, or in love with you, then I know for a fact you are more than just a "normal nice respectful guy". You have more qualities than that.

What seduction material does classically, is it mimics the specific actions and words a man of certain attractive qualities might have. This formula has limitations. But for a person who's closer to clueless (socially inexperienced) it does provide a few hints to get started.

What appeals to you guys about playing romantic relationships like a game

This is in no way the reason why I´m here. It´s about improving yourself, being the best version of myself and just leading an active social live. Lots of people have no problem with socialising. But many guys have trouble reading body languages, lack experience, aren´t confident, feel introverted and are just plain clueless.

After reading the sidebar, I realized why I had success or lack thereof with women and now that I know how to improve, find more friends etc. I´m way more motivated to go out and socialise.

I consider myself to be open minded and non judgemental. There´s no difference in the worth of men and women, there´s not the one best lifestyle. But this subreddit really helps lots of guys and most of them (including me) just want a great relationship. I also like one night stands or anything between casual and committed, as long as you are honest with your desires nobody gets used and that´s it. Finding happiness in oneself and sharing it.

Seduction sounds like a scary/manipulative term actually,but it's mostly about improving yourself. When I found this sub a bit more than a half a year ago (by accident over askreddit) I was introverted,had no drive to do anything to improve myself,thought everything will eventually fall into place. Then I met a girl I liked,didn't do anything about it and realized,fuck it,nothing will fall into place if I don't do it myself,so I started going to the subreddit,learned a lot about inner game and started going to the gym,martial arts training and socializing with people. Basically why I choose going here is to find the right way to improve myself,and for me it was - Build confidence,get good at talking to everyone (started striking up random conversations with men and women),figure out how to show intent the right way...profit? Remember the girl I mentioned that time?I talked to her,arranged a date and we're together for a month now.
