I've always been very laid back, not excitable but always down for anything. When I talk to anyone, especially girls, I take the "lean back, spread the arms out and look them in the eyes" position. I speak clearly, in a very even tone, and don't talk more than a minute at a time

It's served me well so far, but now that I've improved my game this seems to be a point holding me back. Things like enunciation, voice projection and being "exited" by conversation seem to be very recommended. To lean forward, to be fun and playful, to bring yourself to the centre of conversation and be able to hold attention for a long time.

Fine

I can do all of that, though I admit I'm doing it by killing my ego of viewing myself as a G in favour of becoming more of a "social centre" and increasing attraction

Yet I'm thinking it'll be weird. How is it going to work if I show up tomorrow and seem to have a completely new personality. People who have known me for years may be knocked off their guard and possibly even weirded out

I've actually had multiple people comment on my attitude. That I'm always chill, that I always seem calm, that I seem like a silent intellectual. If I show up tomorrow as the social butterfly... I'm having trouble seeing that work out

So what to do? Slowly faze in the new attitude? Or just do it and let people adjust?
