Depends on how well established you are, but assuming you’re game is on point and you don’t look like you’ve let go of taking care of yourself you can still be mid 30’s picking up 18-24 y/o’s. Also assume that your demographic may need to be tweaked.

What everyone else said about being able to get younger girls into your 30's is correct. But the other good news is that in my experience, as you get older, you start to find older women attractive. I'm 27 now and just a few years ago, I used to find women in their late 20's far too mature looking and used to prefer the 18-22 year old look. Now I think lots of women in their late 20's are attractive and more rarely find 18-20 year olds attractive. Part of it is that they look too young and part of it is a maturity/ personality issue. Of course there are plenty of exceptions but that's the general rule.

So you can probably still get interest from the 18-25 year old group in your 30's, but you'll also find that you're a lot more interested in those 28 and 29 year olds that you probably don't pay much attention to now.

Good mate of mine left his girlfriend of many years for a girl almost half his age about 3 years ago. He was 30 and she was just about to hit 18. Personally, I don't condone it but the age of consent is 16 in the UK, so fair play to him.

Point is, age is mostly irrelevant. Look after yourself (i.e. lay off the drugs and alcohol, moisturise your face skin) and you'll attract girls from any age bracket well up until your 40's.

What I will say is this; How long do you reckon you'll be able to tolerate the immaturity of girls that young when you're older? My money is on "not very". Another thing to consider is that as you get older, your priorities change. Don't be shocked if you suddenly don't like being single when you hit 35.

Go pick up The Rational Male. His Sexual Market Value chart puts men's average peak value around 34 with a slow decline. I'm 49 and seeing interest from women even in their mid-20s, to be honest I've made out with a 21 year old and several early 20 year olds.

At your age, worry about getting yourself fit and staying that way. Learn to dress well. Become interesting, travel, develop hobbies (learn to play an instrument for gods sake, wish I had!), focus on being successful, and most importantly, learn game.

Make sure to stay fit, groom & healthy and you will still be dating younger girls after your 30s. I had this same mindset before (im soon 27)...but I realized its all in your head.

I was 24 when I started trying to date again after getting out of a relationship that started in high school.

Tons of growing pains as I had never dated as an adult. But eventually I figured it out and found an awesome girl.
