So wonder if anyone has experience with this…I was able to win primary physical custody I. Our agreement. In our agreement, it did outline terms if I moved about how much custody she would get etc. We work on a 50/50 basis now as we coparent pretty well even though my ex fucked me over and we don’t get along, we at least put my daughter first and do pretty well. My question is if I move and she challlenges me for custody, is there any danger in her somehow winning and me getting screwed over even though I have primary physical per the agreement?
