My best dating advice is to watch dating shows. If you get these shows where you are I definitely advise to watch them ‘celebs go dating’, ‘first dates’ and ‘love is blind’ - if you’re in the UK both are on Netflix and CGD and FD are on all4. I’m sure there’s many others all around the world that are similar though.

Watching other people dating shows you where you go wrong and shows you what men say and do when they’re serious and what they say and do when they’re not.

I’m currently watching CGD and the celebrity men are mostly awful. They are so serious about the women going on second, third, fourth dates and then when the woman sleeps with them they suddenly aren’t interested, the way they talk about the women is awful, the celebrity women are treated badly by the non-celebrity men they’re set up with a lot of the time as well. You can also see what the women do right and wrong and there are, from the bits we see, HVM. The difference in the way they behave and talk from the LVM is so clear to see!
