They will not do the same for you. Everyday there are posts from women saying things like their man doesn't wash his ass and complains when they bring it up, that their boyfriend ignores them for hours just to play games and calls them annoying when they ask them to stop - yet they still stick around for months/years. If the genders were switched, a man would NEVER stay with the girl. If a guy's girlfriend refused to go down on him during sex for years, do you think the guys would be online asking for advice? No, he would leave you if it happend for longer than a week. If his girlfriend wouldn't shower for days on end, couldn't brush her teeth without being reminded (yes I've seen multiple of these posts) and became obese would he ask how to communicate with her? NO! He would ghost her after telling his friends that she's a pig. Men are extremely selfish and you need to start behaving in the same way with your time and life. They would never be understanding of things that ladies try to ignore and imagine that they'll grow out of. So stop sticking around and leave at the first sign of red flags.
