Tonight I finished off a roast chicken and a big bag of frozen vegetables that I bought earlier in the week. I paid about $5 for the chicken and about $6 for the vegetables. Together it made four meals for me for a total of about $3 per meal ( I rounded up). Compare that to $60-$80 per meal that I paid when I was with my last girlfriend. The hell of it was that she expected it, and wasn't at all grateful for the amount of money I spent on her.

I'm still paying down the visa bill.
