Well all this stuff is over a long time, so non of it is recent. Getting married now a days is a huge risk being taken. Everyone knows about the court system and how vicious women can be, so it's a no brainer that there's 20 articles a week over why men aren't committing.
If the courts were gender neutral, and women made attempts into being the amazing partner they expect their men to be, men would get married. As it stands, you aren't guaranteed anything upon marriage now. Women aren't held accountable and they have zero motivation to be decent.
If you find a decent, intelligent woman who can genuinely love and respect her partner, you can bet she's already taken. No awesome woman is single at 25-30.
