They seek resources. That's why in their Teens/20s they ride the cc until they're about to hit their 30s (some choose to extend this of course) and then they seek a beta or an alpha or whatever takes them in so they can pressure the guy into marrying them.

I think there was a post here where someone commented on that. That he asked a bunch of females if they would stick around with a guy that wouldn't marry them....even when he asked them if the guy was their ideal, but just wouldn't marry them, would they stay with him...

Cue the landslide of "No's". Hmmm I wonder why?? It's not about love. It's about having full control of the man's hard earned resources. It's sad, but it's best to know and be aware of the consequences.

This seems like an awesome way to go if you want a little place to call home and not be a slave to another slave master.

I actually got into the idea of a tiny home. I didnt want a trailer and was considering a prefab or other cost effective structure that put on a plot of land. Prefabs seems like a good idea, but when I did the math they just didnt seem to make economic sense since I could design and build a home for around the same amount.

I was thinking "how quick can i buy land and build this place, so I wont have rent cost anymore!" This started a tidal wave of work form me. I moved beyond the "tiny home" when I thought that I could build a great place with more than enough for me for around 900-1000 square feet. In the end I realized, this would be my retirement home. In the mean time I could buy a cheap one bedroom condo for $50-75K and initially finance it and pay it off in a year or less. Then I could save and invest for another 5 and have more than enough to potentially retire. I assume at year 5 I would start scaling back at work and then build my place. So thats my plan.

Personally, i love tiny homes. However, the problem with tiny homes is where to park them. Most HOAs will not allow them in nice areas, and buying a piece of land in a city to plop a tiny home on will violate zoning laws and get you in trouble with big daddy government.

The other solution is rural land with more laid back rules. Even then, you will need sewer, water and electric to be technically legal. Solar and battery solutions exist, but will cost you for a robust setup.

The best solution, I believe, is to have family or friends who own a sizeable portion of land with minimal regulations that will allow you to park a tiny home on in exchange for some cash or better yet, free.

To me, no matter where I've lived or how nice of a home/apt I've signed on, over time I get used to them, feel tied down, and long for new surroundings. I guess I'm insatiable in that department. Ive always felt most alive while on the road traveling and gaining new experiences. Nothing beats the freedom of having only the things that you need with you. The more you live for yourself, rather than social obligations imposed on you, the more you learn that the things you think you need, you already have--and the things that you want, you don't really need. MGTOW helps me kill my inner consumer.

They only reason I wouldn't live in a tiny house is because I have a 90 pound golden retriever and would feel bad if he was stuck in that tiny space all day when I'm not home.

I plan to buy a 700-800 square foot house for myself. I think I should be able to get one with a 2 car garage for about $100k. I'm still considering if I want to be close to a city with a smaller lot, or get me something on at least an acre out in the sticks.

I live in an RV and will never go back. Too many rules in a house and it limits your economic possibilities. I can freely move to wherever the next promotion is.

I just land contracted a 600 square foot house on an acre of land in the country. The seller wanted 18,000. I put 5000 down and it pays off in 3 years. It's not liveable now but I was hoping to get it to where I can live in it by winter. I want to insulate it well, and put it back together to my specifications. All hardwood floors, new heat and ac, backup generator, water filtration system, propane heat and cooking. In addition I want to build a garage with a workshop. Hot tub and a nice deck is also in the plans. I'm hoping in 5-10 years I should have a sweet mgtow pad and some money in the bank.

Depending on location. I definitely want to try a tiny home/RV living before I turn 30(just turned 26 last week) because I have some 12k in cash save and can liquidate my toys but there are decent 2/1-4/2 in North Florida, Bama, Georgia for about 30-50k with 1200+ sqft so I'm tempted to just buy a house and know I can rent or sell it late, but definitely want to get a tiny home because i have no problem moving to a NYC over the summer to work and make more money before heading south again, a tiny house would be stellar than renting there.

Part of me is enamored with living the RV life. Going where and when I please. Seeing different parts of the country. I'm not sure how you would renew your plates or license would be my only concern.

I've been interested in these for some time and have toured a few of them. I could do it in a heartbeat. The big issue with them is they are not legal everywhere. The do not meet Housing Code. For now I'm selling the 2,800sf house and buying a sailboat to live aboard. I'm thinking about the tiny house after my sailing days are over. Whether a woman would like it or not I could care less. Seems a good guy in the video and I assume single. One thing I have noticed in the tiny house movement is it appears to me that most of the purchasers of tiny homes are older, single women. Interesting that he has turned it into his business too. (edit: added after viewing video)

Bro my plan is to get an electrical engineering job, hopefully make 60k+ and save till I have around 500k, diversified it in dividends that will net me a yield of around 8% or about 30k a year, work for another to years to buy a tiny home around 30k and land for 40k and then retire off the dividends.

Not sure if I would live in a tiny home, but I have a 1 bedroom flat, it's fucking perfect.

I don't have any work to do on it, it's easy to clean, doesn't require years of saving for furniture and yet it has a degree of class about it, like an upmarket hotel room just for me, every day.

I bought a three bedroom house for the express purpose of renting out two of the rooms to have the house pay for itself. It's worked out so far, but if I couldn't get the house to pay for itself, I'd get a small as far away from everyone else as possible while still having internet access.

"Tiny houses" are fucking stupid. It's a glorified version of living in a trailer for libtards that they pretend is a real house. Many I have seen are too tall and too heavy to move them after they are built.

I don't have anything against living in trailers/mobiles though. It's cheap living.

No, because my hobbies require more floor space. If all i wanted was a nice place to sleep, i would definitely do this.

But i want a place that can be more than that. I want a place where i can do everything i want without ever talking to or seeing another human being. So i need the space for the projects i want to do.

Ill take an RV or a studio apartment. Both accomplish the same goal because renting is short term and rv gives you the freedom to travel.
