Congrats on your growth. I've had many women over the years as employees. If you can go with an asian women, one who is married, slightly older. This helps! trust me. Least likely to make a lot of problems and show up every day because they want money. Might cost you a hair more but totally worth it.

Assuming you're in the US and are a small enough company then by federal law you don't need hire women as I understand it. Title VII only applies to companies with 15 or more employees. State laws may apply. I'm not a lawyer.

If you have to, hire an older woman there is a lot of bullshit that comes from younger women. There is a risk that she could be quite miserable due to hormone replacement, but you can hire on a temp contract.
