I'm getting hammered with communications about the need for "diversity" at work and I'm seeing some of the internet forums that I used to frequent using the same claim as an excuse to start censoring posts that aren't being "inclusive" or whatever. This thought occured to me:

They have no interest in true diversity, in thoughts or opinions. What they really want is some twisted real life version of the Disneyland Small World ride. All the animatronic puppets are charmingly diverse with their various skin tones and ethnic costumes, but they are all singing exactly the same song.
