No. They're worse, because by

A) Actively rewarding them for being aggressive (Women can get a monthly salary for raping men and underage boys in the US AKA Hermesmann V Seyer)

and

B) actively punishing any man defending himself (mandatory arrest + predominant aggressor policies ensuring the man get arrested even if he's the victim of DV)

We are, for all intents and purposes, applying selection pressure in favor of violent and predatory women.

Violent and/or predatory women, sexually or otherwise, in our current environment, are advantaged, evolutionarily, socially and in general, in our current societal environment, over nonviolent, nonpredatory women.

Hell yeah. My sister had an attitude and was aggressive and physical towards me. Well i finally got fed up. One time she was shoving me in the chest and hitting me on the arm. So her wrist ended up in a lock with her face on the ground pleading me to let go. She was no longer that way afterwards.

Yes. However a lot of them go under the radar. While male rapists rely on brute to rape someone, most female rapists rely on secrecy patience, and cunning. They are just better at hiding their darkness.

Women tend to know children are weaker so it’s just easier and although women do hit men, it’s after they’ve weakened their psyche through emotional abuse to know they can hit them and they won’t do anything about it.

I work at a middle school and the difference in conflict strategies between the two sexes is shocking.

Boys just want to get a good punch in on the other boy's face. Embarrass him and let him know things are serious.

Girls literally want the other girl to die. It's actually something the counselors are dealing with a lot lately -- homicidal ideation.

Girls can hate other girls so deeply, it's scary. I would say they are the more violent sex in their minds. They're just usually afraid or incapable of killing.

They simply do it differently, through third parties. The situation is now particularly acute in the workplace. Women are immediately assessing those who can be manipulated. She then spends the rest of her career mobilising them against those whom she can't manipulate.

I can't say whether one is more aggressive than the other nor can I speak for all women but if by aggression you mean having feelings of rage and acting on them in any way then, yes women can be aggressive like men can be aggressive.
