It's not a paradox. If you approach them and don't follow the 2 rules you are a creep and most men that approach fail to follow this easy rules that's why women have at the same time the problem that no men approach but a lot of creeps harass them.

It's a heavily edited clip, but I don't think it's entirely "fake" or staged. It feels too ordinary and mundane for that.

That said, a lot of this comes down to how people define "creep" behavior. These days, simply glancing at someone, looking them up and down, or even holding eye contact for a second too long gets labeled as creepy. If that's the standard, then yeah, you'll find creeps everywhere.

It's also worth noting the women's appearance in these clips. Many are wearing short skirts, tight leggings, or stockings, outfits that naturally draw male attention. at the same time, a lot of women post sexy, revealing, and suggestive poses on Instagram, then act offended when men look at them in real life.

Finally, public transportation and busy downtown areas are the perfect environments to capture this kind of behavior. These places tend to attract more lower class individuals, street culture, and people with mental health issues, who often display more bold or aggressive behavior toward women.

Put your personal biases aside for a moment and ask yourself whether you'd be content to ignore being constantly approached by people offering you something you had no interest in getting. Would it wear on you? Maybe not at first, but your patience isn't infinite. That doesn't mean, however, that you don't want it at all.
