Obviously, such claims are nonsensical since they have been debunked by data released by the "Department Of Justice" itself back in 2013:

I am not aware of where the "25% of male responders approve of rape attitudes" came from.

Could anyone, perhaps, offer some evidence to the contrary?

P.S. It should also be noted that such discriminatory rules creating a "moral panic" under the Barack Obama Administration, were actually rescinded by the subsequent Donald Trump Administration as well as various Federal courts and even former Governor of California Jerry Brown himself:
