Thank you for this good reminder. I wish the best to all those women who are not represented by the vocal minority who make us despair. It's good to remember that most women (indeed, most people) do not prescribe to the outlandish ideas promoted by the lunatics out there. 99% of them are our loving family, partners, and friends who want the best for everybody and we wish a happy International Women's Day to all of them.

Thank you but let's just hope eventually men's day is given a little bit of attention as well. As of now, at least in my country, woman's day is reduced to complaining about things that also affect men, but making it only about women, e.g. let's reduce working hours!

I love the women in my life. I'm currently seeing someone who works so hard, and is a single mother to two children. She's been through a lot recently and even had to help a friend who's child committed suicide. I respect her for who she is and what she does (and I tell her this). Militant feminists would think me hateful of women, but all I want is for men to get the respect they deserve (when they deserve it) and the help they need. Like this woman who works hard and does not complain how society puts her down. She does not do it because she feels pressured to, she does it because she likes caring for others. People like this are impressive, let men know that they're impressive and valued too...

Let's help as many people as we can.

I want to see this thread get lots of attention just to piss the feminists off, sure, I'll celebrate women, but women I actually like not the ones feminists tell me to like. My mom. She sacrificed a lot to raise me. She’s the one who taught me the importance of genuine equality, and why I had no obligation to follow the biased feminist narrative. I’m sure some feminists would call her a gender traitor, but I think she’s one to the strongest women I’ve ever known.
My closest friend. She and I don’t agree on everything, but she’s been there for me though my hardest times and I commend her for that.
