Only really two solutions exist.

Either allow paternity testing without both parent's permission.
Mandatory paternity testing with the rest of the standard tests for newborns.

Anything outside of these two emotionally blackmails guys into not asking for one.

The only real solution is mandatory paternity testing at birth.

Curious though why you think a deceived and defrauded man shouldn't be able to walk if he so desires-- and many do because, get this, they either want their own children and/or have intense feelings of hurt and betrayal.

Just about any other kind of agreement or contract you enter into is null and void if it is entered into on such terms, I don't see what's different here.

Any ill effects on a child because a man who isn't even the child's father isn't supporting the child falls squarely on the shoulders of the scandalous mother. Not the innocent man who's been taken for a ride.

So it seems like once you accept responsibility for a child you are legally recognized as a parent regardless of actual paternity.

And frankly I'm okay with that, you shouldn't be able to abandon children you are raising.

It never ceases to amaze me how men lap up feminist brain washing. Why can't you abandon a kid you are raising because you were defrauded?

a) it still has a mom

b) may the true father come forward and raise it.

c) while at that, may the true father and the cheating lying mom reimburse you for your money and time and punitive damages

d) parents often abandon their kids. They even die. Shit happens

e) ever heard about moms raising kids alone and paying for it? Most mom's with deadbeat poor criminal dads do it.

f) nobody is concerned about the kids. It is all about mom's getting money.

Encourage men & destigmatize paternity testing (with a temporary window to contest paternity)

I don't see how destigmatization of paternity testing is ever going to happen short of it becoming a mandatory process at the child's birth. And 'temporary window' should be X number of years after the alleged father realizes he isn't the biological father. NOT x number of years (or days) after the child's birth. But we all know child support these days is all about the kickbacks, so it's going to take a massive effort to get these kind of protections into law.

Paternity fraud should be treated the same as rape. At the moment paternity fraudsters have very little discouragement from the law.

DNA paternity testing can be performed profitably for 10$, it should be used much more frequently.

Do you have a link for that? I suspect it is true but have found no proof for it. Feminsts are probably actively preventing the true price from becoming known. How much does it cost for the US government to buy 10 Million paternity tests?

I was shocked when MD and owner of a chain of clinics told me, he gets medical tests for 90 cents that we normal people pay 80 dollars for.

$ 10 paternity tests would make the entire discussion about cost moot.
