By even arguing “not all men”, you’ve already fallen into a self-inflicted Kafka trap. Very few men (and very few people) in general are awful like that.

By arguing “not all men”, you’re subtly implying that the majority of men are like this, which is nonsense. You’re already putting yourself in a Kafka trap without someone even trying to put you there.

Saying not all men is defensive and pathetic. You should instead be saying "not just men" and pointing out that women also commit crimes as bad as the worst crimes committed by men.

I think their view is "Not all men are Charles Manson, but 100% of Charles Manson is a man, therefore all men are like Charles Manson."

Notice its never "Not all men are Jesus or [Chuck Norris] or Albert Einstein." Its never anyone positive or anything positive. Its always serial killers, rapists, dictators, mass murderers, etc. Its never Nobel Laureates, brilliant inventors, medical doctors, or men of note who have done great things...of which there are far more examples of. The modern world was literally built by these men, but for some reason Jack the Ripper is more representative of what men are rather than Nicola Tesla (whose electrical grid makes their digital bitching possible).

Feminist equals identifying with a certain group and the group's point of view, instead of your own. The "Not All Men" statement shows which direction her group leans to. Soon it will be "All Men", depending on the examples which are going to be used for the indoctrination.

The moment she said: men (and boys). I was done with the post. Some feminist garbage that aims to lecture men on how to be 'real men' while not doing the same for women. Also, instead of saying not all men how about you raise the empathy by saying that many women are abusers and heinous people as well so we shouldn't generalize and instead look at each other as flawed individuals instead of lumping a whole gender in.

i feel like this is a blue lives matter/black lives matter issue. although the comparison isn’t cutting dry, as black lives matter is clearly a more noble issue than saying that all men rape, it is kind of reactionary to say not all men, and i don’t wanna come off as some shitty incel

The article had me until the “not all men”. I mean I get not to be too upset. I used to be pretty vocal about stuff like that. Then I said F it. Plus since social media pretty much will have a man banned if he “vented” about a woman. But said women. Also cancel culture. One cannot say anything bad about women. Even the most evil ones that are child molesters, rapists, cheaters, heck even murderers. I’ve seen a friend get a week in FB jail because he said “I hope she gets the worst sentence”. On a post of a woman that was a murderer.

Not only that but being labeled as some kind of “ist”.

I mean I was personally physically abused by a woman. And I had women friends defending her. Even the ones that knew me most of my life didn’t believe my story.

I digress. If they are going to allow women to say this and that about men it should be equal. If it’s somehow “sexist” because now a man said it. I find it hella biased.

I think these radical feminists that “hate all men” are about like the incels that hate and blame women. But one is “cool” and the other is “sexist”.

I’m only commenting here because of the anonymous nature of Reddit. You’d never see me say this on FB, Twits or IG or many other social media. Because of cancel culture.

Saying 'not all men' makes you sound dumb as fuck as everyone already knows its true, all you're trying to do is distort the point. But the important thing is it's enough men, and on top of that enough that are willing to protect and ignore those that perpetuate this culture of sexual harassment wether it's not saying something when your mate touches a girls leg in a club going right up to the really serious shit.
