With the given information every member of the band has equal influence over the end result of who enters into the band.

Those members that are more interested in being in the band rather that in the composition of said band will have less influence.

Actually, i think Ben, Sven, Glen, Sarah and Vicky when they choose to be in the band decided it was Timmy's band that would carry the group activities and hence approved the band status and perhaps Timmy status as the leader The other had no other choice to enter or to be excluded from activities.

Had they not participated, no one would have any interest in the band.

D. Sven

Sven usually touches himself at night and dreams about having a girlfriend or groupies. Therefore, he has the most influence because he knows that if you're in a cool band the vagina practically throws itself at you. He tells Glen and Ben this which sways their opinion to join a band with Timmy. There is only room for 1 chick in the band to play bass. So the intelligent person Sven is, he tells Vicky and Sarah that there is only 1 spot and they will have to prove themselves to him. Which in man speak means whoever sleeps with him first gets the spot. Thereby solving the problem of no longer needing to touching himself at night.
