Double Standards Are Not Inherently Bad

They exist for a reason in a lot of cases.

The reason men face harsher consequences for domestic abuse and why we're told not to hit women is obviously because of the strength difference.

The slut vs stud double standard is because of objective biological differences between men and women.

Pointing fingers and saying "double standard" doesn't necessarily eliminate the validity of an argument, and is closer to an attack rather than a legitimate rebuttal in most cases on this sub.
