TL;DR blood and sacrifice is your God. A great anecdotal proof below.

So there I was, 5 AM, it's raining, and I am not wearing my glasses because the rain makes it hard to see through them. I am running a hard and fast two miles. As I reach the end of a patch of sidewalk, I trip fly through the air, and land HARD on my right side. I take of most of the skin on my right hand, a chunk on my knee and elbow, and road rash on my right hip.

Here's the trouble though guys: I am a very good runner. I win races and money with them, and it medicates my moods and keeps me healthy, away from alcohol, drugs, and bad food. So i was faced with a serious choice, a choice we make every day boys. Do I walk home, start my week on the wrong side of the bed, or do I get up and finish my run?

Give you one guess on what I did. I got up and ran hard. Really hard. Because I was fucking angry guys. Really fucking angry. Because fuck that road and the rain and the people who drove by without pulling over to see if I was ok.

You think this doesn't matter? The same anger and perseverance that carried me back to my feet also carries me to the finish line before anyone else, and teaches my body to flourish when its screaming for me to stop.

It's been said on here plenty of times. Blood and pain is what advances your strength and abilities. You won't achieve anything unless you go beyond what you think is possible. Society, people, and even your own doubts will tell you it can't be done. Even if you see others do it, youll say that they are special and unique and that you could never be them. But its all a lie. The world was built by men who were generally no smarter than you; they just outlasted and outworked everyone else. Next time you are in pain, use it. Embrace it and run towards it. It will become part of your story and your legend.
