Need advice. Things have gotten super weird around my house. As backstory, the last year has seen decreased sexual frequency between the wife and I. Anytime we talk about it something else is always to blame: this medication, birth control, I work too much, etc. But in that time, I can't shake the feeling that her sexual energy is the same, it's just not directed at me.

She is the extreme joking type, always "on" and entertaining, and also very friendly and outgoing. In the same period where our sexual feequency has been low, jokes about sexually explicit activities with people that aren't me have started up out of nowhere. I am of the mind that there is truth behind every joke, but it's cover for her (just a joke babe!). Also possible flirting with others being masked as being friendly. One time in particular I remember she was telling me how to watch out for women flirting with me by saying that they would touch me. That very night we went to a social event and she touched a friend of mine.

Anyway, things are tense since a recent sexual rejection (on an evening when I "didn't warm her up enough romantically", the fuck, whatever, this is a new requirement) and I retaliated by rejecting her next advance. I feel a "talk about our feelings" moment where she pukes her thoughts and prompts me to do the same. I've always STFU at these sessions, but my question is, is it time to point out some of these issues? I am leaning towards keeping silent because 1. I don't want to seem insecure and 2. Since she has no filter I am thinking I don't want her lose talk to stop because it can reveal information to me and intel of possible future straying. In other words, some times the sexual "joke" will not be witnessed by me but retold to me by her, or she'll express to me how excited she was to bump into this friend of mine she flirts with, and I certainly don't want that info filtered, it helps me keep an eye on things.
