Philippians 1:3,6 says "I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,...being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;" So it's not up to you to change yourself - if that was the case nobody would succeed. Christians are different precisely because we trust Christ to do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. Of course this is based on being truly born again, so as long as you are, God WILL change you over time. Reading the Bible daily helps with this A LOT.

Now I've not had the same background as you, having discovered MRP after I had been a Christian for 17 years. But I started in sin just like everyone else, not coming to Christ until I was 29. We all struggle with sin, whether we've been a Christian for a long time or are just starting in our walk with Him. Even Paul struggled with sin - you know, Paul: the guy who God used to write over half of the New Testament? Yeah, that guy. If Paul struggled, so will we.

I completely understand. Sex is fun and feels great. And yet we are to obey God, or at least give it our best effort even if we fall short. Those who do not at least try will likely find themselves hearing Lord, Lord on the Day of Judgment. Don't let that be you. You have to make a decision what is more important to you. random plates that end up breaking or a fulfilling covenant relationship with God who will transform you far beyond what you can accomplish alone.

I don't think you realize yet the joy and peace Christ offers which surpasses all understanding.

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

You want to be blessed by the Lord at the end of your life, so you can hear these words "well done good and faithful servant, come enter into the joy of the Lord."

It seems to me that everyone here comes from a Christian background and discovered TRP along the way.

It was the opposite for me. I wasn't raised in the faith. It is only after finding and applying The Red Pill, spinning plates for 3 years (n-count over 50), that I found Jesus Christ.

You need to choose whether you are in or out. If you are going to follow Jesus, you need to follow all of His teachings. If you don't want to follow Jesus and keep living a worldly lifestyle then so be it.

Revelation 3 to the Church in Laodicea tells us that God will vomit out lukewarm Christians.

RPC statements about mariage sounds an awful lot like unicorn hunting to me. I still think mariage is doomed.

How is a monogamous mariage not a full-on submission to your woman's hypergamous imperative, all the while negating your own polygamous natural tendencies as a man ?

You're mistaking a few things.

First, AWALT (all women are like that) references the fact that all women have hypergamous tendencies: they want a handsome, rich, successful, powerful leader as a husband. Woman's preferred structure is serial monogamy (jumping to better men over time) not permanent monogamy. Likewise, men have polygamous tendecnies to want to be with many women.

Marriage (permanent monogamy as a Christian) is neither men's or women's preferred marital structure. It's God's.

Second, the purpose of marriage emulate Christ and the Church (being discipled and discipling others). Yes, sex is a part of marriage though it is the husband discipling the wife (love her for the purpose of sanctification) and any potential children. See Ephesians 5.

Vetting women is important to choose a woman who wants to fight against her hypergamous tendencies (character and virtue) just as men fight against their polygamous tendencies to follow Christ. It's not searching for a unicorn who has no struggles and will be perfect forever. There are none of those. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

The process of sanctification (being set apart to become more holy like God) is constantly taking off the old and putting on the new. Yes, we all fail at this at times, but we are to grow and become more mature over time at this.

Third, it's pretty clear you've been mired in the secular RP for a long time and don't know much about the basics of the Christian faith. You need to unlearn a lot of that and look at the pure Truth of what the Bible has to say. Quit reading secular RP stuff. Read your Bible. Ask more questions here or on our discord if you get confused or need some direction.

Then decide if you want to follow Jesus wholeheartedly or decide if it's not for you.

All of the mods are married (well, up until we added a couple a month ago) and have godly marriages based in the purpose of Christ. Ask us questions if you need to.

there's only one unicorn worth hunting, He wants the absolute best for you, seek Him for advice, generic and specific, if posting online though, the more specific the better.
Regardless on your views of monogamy, polygamy, plate spinning, not plate spinning, you should give up your dependence on this world for dependence on Christ, give up or at least fast from all things which you're unable to glorify God with.

Spinning plates is not sex. Even Tomassi who made the phrase recently in his books will tell you that.

Spinning plates is nothing more than a stupid term for just non-exclusive dating.
