I wouldnt be too concerned. If they are down to come over to your place alone because you're so nice then you can show them how nice you really are. Sexually.

You probably come across as genuine and they probably fee like you actually listen to them when they talk. That's rare in guys these days, especially the attractive ones. As long as they are still open to escalation I'd take it as a good sign.

I wouldn't say you prefer kind, that comes across as kind of butt hurt, especially when they are trying to compliment you.

Just try to be "not nice" every once in a while in a teasing way, just to play with them.

If you're still able to escalate, and manuever things in the direction toward good times, it's probably just them hamstering.

"You're nice." in this case, could be them telling themselves that you're not just another cad.

Ever played the Sims? In that game, everyone speaks a made-up indecipherable language, which means you have to pay attention to the character's tone and body language and other clues to figure out what they actually mean. So the next time a girl calls you "a nice guy" just pretend she said "barb a lu, fa narb" and focus instead on her eyes, her posture, her tone etc.

Communication has a lot more to do with everything other than what you say than it does what you say. So your body language, tone of voice, style, etc. can all play a role in this. Beta tendencies run deeper than you think and they take a long time to get rid of

Shit Test. If they are allowing you to escalate physically (are you getting laid?), then they are attracted to you. This means that they don't see you as a "friend" who is nice to unload their problems on. In other words, they are shit testing you to see how you react to being called a nice guy. They want you to not sincerely agree with them, and not to freak out in an insecure manner at them for being called nice (most women know what "nice guy" really means). They want to see if you go "thank you," or if you go "whatever," to their statement. IDGAF, ignore, say "whatever," agree and amplify ("I'm the nicest guy you'll ever meet... now take your top off."). Just don't let it shake your frame, don't give a fuck about what they say and proceed as normal. Keep calm and carry on. Not that you don't already know, but don't say something like "thank you, I really pride myself on being a good soul," or something as cringe worthy as this. You get the picture.

You're doing things right and they are calling you nice to rationalize the fact that they're attracted to you even though you are doing not much more than applying game. This happens to me often.

Don't take it seriously. Just laugh and say "Yeah I can be very nice to you" while looking them in the eyes with an "I'm gonna fuck you like a rag doll" expression on your face.
