This is an awkward spot. I have been on a few times and it usually ends up with me waiting and them flaking. So here's what I do now. Text multiple girls and then be prepared to cancel if more than one comes through. Actually do something productive so you become indifferent and are not wasting your time 'waiting' for a reply.
