Starts with self confidence. Self confidence starts when you lift, educate yourself, socialize yourself, make money etc. Start with these and you will develop a backbone naturally, because you will be superior to most.

There's not amount of books stuff you can read that would help you more in practice.

Force yourself into social events. Talk to everyone.

Once you are comfortable talking to everyone, start some community events, learn to lead.

All the things you mentioned is just a part of it, the larger part will be the mindset. And that can only be learn by practicing a lot.

As others have said, confidence. Confidence has to come from a place that is logical. You are confident while doing a test because you studied. You are confident when fighting someone because you have practiced hundreds of times, and so on.

Here’s the trick. You just do it. Eventually you get to a point where all of the reading, all of the advice, and all of the possible ways you could figure out how to do these things are just mere distractions keeping you from actually doing them. In the end, you just have to do it once and embrace the outcome. Then realize it wasn’t so bad. Then do it again. Then do it again. And do it again.

Embrace your fear of the outcome, and just jump.
